NX-3065 is a middle member of the new product line of compact intelligent instruments for measuring of geometric quantities in the workplace for the measuring of geometric quantities. The basic application areas of this instrument are measuring stations with manual or automatic operation, but it can be utilized for a laboratory measuring, too. By means of the processor assembly type ARM and a pair of gate fields Lattice a significant improvement at the signal processing and organization of the instrument operation was achieved.


Při konstrukci přístroje byl kladen důraz zejména na tyto vlastnosti:

  • An easy integration of the instrument into measuring workplaces, control systems of working machines and of quality control systems – from a bare print of a paper protocol through storing of measured values into internal memory or on an external disc USB,
  • A bigger number and selection of measuring channels then usual at instruments of this category – the instrument can be fitted with up to 4 measuring channels for inductive sensors and 2 measuring channels for incremental sensors which enables to utilize this instrument also for more complicated tasks, for example measuring of quantities related to the bases or to connect one instrument more measuring jigs,
  • An easy and clearly arranged operation by means of a menu and function keys. For a depiction a display LCD TFT with a screen diagonal 4,3“ and a with high brightness is used and for the operation of the front panel we applied a high-capacity keyboard with a long lifespan and with an inbuilt suppression of external influences,
  • nadstandardní možnosti grafického zobrazení průběhu a výsledku měření díky komfortnímu barevnému displeji s rozlišením 480 x 272 bodů.Flexibilita měřicích kanálů – pouhou výměnou měřícího modulu lze každý kanál zkonfigurovat pro připojení indukčnostního (half-bridge LVDT), pneumatického nebo inkrementálního čárkového snímače. To umožňuje použít pro danou úlohu optimální typ snímače.Snadná a přehledná obsluha prostřednictvím menu a funkčních kláves.
